Having trained together in graduate school and worked side by side at the VA, we bring a foundation of trust, collaboration, and clinical excellence to our practice.

Meet our Staff

Dr. Mackenzie Tresnak
is a fully Licensed Psychologist and completed her doctoral degree at the Michigan School of Psychology. Dr. Tresnak has extensive experience within health psychology—an area she continues to feel deeply passionate about. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages, and takes great pride in creating a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your concerns and feel supported—no matter where you are in life. Whether you are seeking an evaluation, support for managing health-related concerns, or personal growth, she is here to walk alongside you. Dr. Tresnak conducts full neuropsychological assessments, presurgical evaluations, and court assessments.

Dr. Holly Stewart
is a licensed psychologist with a clinical focus on psychological assessment and couples/marriage counseling. Dr. Stewart provides comprehensive, evidence-based evaluations for a range of concerns including diagnostic clarification, legal and forensic matters, educational accommodations, substance use, and personality functioning. She takes a collaborative and client-centered approach to assessment, ensuring that results are clearly communicated and relevant to real-life decisions and treatment planning. In her couples work, she draws from emotionally focused therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to support couples in rebuilding trust, navigating life transitions, and deepening intimacy. Dr. Stewart believes in creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where individuals and couples can explore concerns, build insight, and create meaningful change. Whether working with a couple in crisis or helping someone gain clarity through psychological testing, her work is grounded in professionalism, compassion, and clinical integrity.

Dr. Michelle Hodges-Pietryka
is a fully licensed clinical psychologist in Michigan. She earned her doctorate from the Michigan School of Psychology and practices with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. Dr. Hodges-Pietryka has extensive experience working with first responders, military veterans, and justice-involved individuals. She welcomes adult clients facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and anger. She also conducts court ordered psychological evaluations, as well as ADHD assessments. Additionally, she provides professional supervision for those with TLLP or LLP's to fulfill licensure requirements.

Psychological Assessment
We provide an extensive list of assessments including diagnostic clarification, ADHD, Autism, and pre-surgical evaluations for spinal cord stimulator and bariatric surgery.
Professional Supervision
As fully licensed psychologist, we pride ourselves on educating and providing support to those psychologists needing supervision at an affordable rate.
Independent Medical Examinations
Each of our psychologists are independent medical examiners for various counties in the Metro-Detroit area, including Wayne, Oakland, McComb, and Washtenaw counties among others
Court Ordered
Our licensed clinical psychologists offer thorough record reviews and professionally written medical opinions that clearly link mental health conditions to service-related events. Each letter is evidence-based, objective, and tailored to meet the VA’s standards for clarity and credibility.
